Job summary

KBP Foods, a KFC franchise, is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a dedicated team and deliver exceptional customer service at a fast-paced location, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

You will uphold operational excellence, manage daily workflows, train team members, and help drive the restaurant's success during all shifts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
