Job summary

Taco Bell in Cranston, RI is seeking a Shift Lead to drive performance and guest satisfaction. You will lead shifts, coach teammates, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while upholding Taco Bell's standards.

Responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, overseeing food safety, managing cash and inventory, and collaborating with the GM. Candidates should have at least 1 year in restaurant/retail and 3 months of shift lead experience, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine.
• Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean, neat appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates.
