Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adept at cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Train Team Members and participate in their development.
• Assist the GM with screening Team Member candidates.
• Support Profit & Loss management through cash control and labor management.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
• Assist with facility maintenance and health & safety standards.
