Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners in Ohio is hiring a Store Shift Lead to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, deliver customer service, train staff, and manage inventory and cash.

The role requires leadership, multitasking, and a commitment to a clean, organized store environment. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with weekly pay and flexible schedules across mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail leadership preferred.
• 1–2 years in retail or convenience store with supervisory experience.
• Experience with cash handling, inventory management, and customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store associates during shifts; ensure policy compliance.
• Assign tasks, train new employees, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Handle cash registers and balance cash drawers.
• Maintain product displays and FIFO rotation.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages to management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure store safety, health, and compliance.
• Complete shift reports and assist store manager with compliance.
