Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners is hiring a Team Member to deliver excellent customer service, keep the store clean, and ensure efficient daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. Starting at $12.50 per hour with flexible shifts—mornings, afternoons and evenings—paid weekly.

You will greet customers, assist with product selection, manage cash register, restock shelves, and help maintain a welcoming shopping space.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling ability.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
• Promote and recommend store products with up-to-date promotions.
• Upsell and cross-sell items to increase store sales.
• Operate the cash register, handle cash and card payments, and process sales.
• Ensure accuracy of sales records and balances at the end of each shift.
• Restock shelves, refrigerators, and displays as needed.
• Clean and sanitize the store, including aisles, counters, and bathrooms.
• Assist in inventory control and rotate merchandise.
• Report low stock levels and assist with inventory counts.
• Monitor store for security issues and suspicious activity.
• Follow safety protocols and work with team to meet store goals.
