Job summary

Peet’s Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily operations in a fast-paced cafe. You will lead shifts, deploy tasks, and ensure smooth service with outstanding customer experiences and a clean, welcoming coffee counter.

Requires 1 year in a leadership role and POS/cash handling experience, plus flexibility to meet business needs (early mornings, evenings, weekends). You will open/close, manage cash, assist with inventory, and uphold Peet’s standards of quality and hospitality.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a leadership role.
• 1 year experience with POS/cash handling responsibilities.
• Shift Leads must be available a minimum of three days a week.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to perform physical tasks.
