Job summary

Peet’s Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise daily operations and maintain a welcoming coffeebar environment. You will lead shifts, ensure accuracy in cash handling, and uphold high product quality with friendly service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adapting to busy periods while maintaining a clean, organized store that reflects Peet’s commitment to quality and community.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership experience or directing others.
• 1 year of POS/cash handling responsibilities.
• Schedule availability of minimum three days a week to meet business needs.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to perform physical tasks as part of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus and clarity, deploying tasks for smooth operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through engagement and quality service.
• Support a positive team environment with clear communication and accountability.
• Execute opening/closing routines, cash handling, inventory tasks and visual updates.
