Peet's Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead in Berkeley to supervise daily operations, lead team shifts, and ensure guest satisfaction. You’ll model engaging service, maintain quality standards, and help with cash handling and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in leadership or directing others.
• 1 year experience with POS/cash handling responsibilities.
• Schedule availability of a minimum of three days a week.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work with minors.
• Perform various physical tasks during the work shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus and clarity by managing task deployment and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by engaging customers and maintaining high product quality.
• Support a positive team environment through clear communication and accountability.
• Execute opening/closing routines, cash handling, inventory tasks, and visual updates during shifts.
• Adapt to changing priorities and develop skills to keep shifts running smoothly.
