Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Avon, IN to support the General Manager in driving guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations. You will lead a team, set the tone, provide coaching, and help maintain a safe, clean store environment from open to close.

You’ll contribute to a positive work culture with a focus on service quality, growing as a leader, and delivering an outstanding breakfast-and-dinner experience for customers and families each day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set morale and tone.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision and ensure a safe, clean environment.
