Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early mornings and weekends.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a driver's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team.
• Provide feedback and coach team members.
• Open and close the store with little supervision.
• Ensure food quality and maintain a safe environment.
