Job summary

Bruegger’s Bagels in Apple Valley, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Work with the General Manager to open and close the store and set the tone for the day.

You’ll build leadership skills, ensure food quality and safety, and grow within the company. Flexible schedule, no evenings or nights, and competitive hourly pay with tips are part of the package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
