Bruegger’s Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Eden Prairie, MN. You will work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and ensure a memorable guest experience, opening and closing the store with little supervision and upholding food quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check as required by local, state and federal law.
• Must possess ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Valid driver’s license preferred or required at certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and a clean, safe store environment.
