Bruegger's Bagels in Edina, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, coach team members, and ensure top guests experiences. The role involves opening/closing the store, maintaining quality and safety standards, and working varied hours including early shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must have or obtain ServSafe Certification before leadership training
• Possession of a valid driver’s license (preferred but location dependent)
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
• Additional benefits eligibility per position guidelines at hire

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience in collaboration with the General Manager
• Open and close the store with little supervision and set the morale and tone of the team
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed; maintain quality of food and beverages
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and uphold standards
• Opportunity to grow within the company, with many GMs starting as Shift Leaders and Team Members
