Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and ensure MIC Success Routine.
• Coach and guide Team Members and provide regular feedback to the GM.
• Oversee food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer concerns to maintain positive relations.
• Assist with hiring, training, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and labor according to policies.
• Ensure health and safety standards and proper product preparation.
