Taco Bell in Bay Shore, NY is seeking a Shift Lead to energize the team, drive shifts, and uphold our high service standards. You’ll coach team members, address customer concerns, and partner with the GM on operational initiatives to help the restaurant succeed.

You’ll conduct training, ensure food safety, manage cash and labor, and promote Taco Bell’s culture and values. The role suits someone with strong leadership, good math, reliability, and a passion for fast-paced hospitality.

Formación

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to move up to 45 lbs and handle fast-paced service.

Responsabilidades

• Execute MIC routine to ensure top customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and neat appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on performance.
• Train Team Members and participate in ongoing training.
• Assist the GM with screening candidates and labor management.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, holding times and safety.
• Support facility maintenance and uphold health standards.
