Job summary

Taco Bell in Baldwin, NY is hiring a Shift Lead to energize the team, coach crew, and ensure guest satisfaction. You’ll lead shifts, resolve concerns, and drive store results in a fast-paced environment.

You will ensure food safety, accuracy, and quality, provide feedback to the GM, participate in training, and help with hiring while promoting Taco Bell's culture and values. This role offers flexible schedules and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute MIC (Manager in Charge) routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist with screening Team Member candidates.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management by following cash control and labor procedures.
• Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
• Assist GM with facility maintenance and health & safety standards.
