Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and computer skills to operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and serve as the go-to leader during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Handle challenges confidently—from team needs to guest concerns.
