Job summary

Swig is seeking a Shift Lead to help our store run smoothly, greet guests with a smile, craft drinks and food, and keep the space clean. You’ll lead a small team, train teammates, and ensure high standards in every shift.

Responsibilities include completing checklists, managing deposits, stocking and prep, assisting with to-go orders, and maintaining safety and sanitation. Must be 16+ with good communication; eVerify is used for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Food handler's permit.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Complete store checklists and manage deposits.
• Train, mentor, and communicate with team members.
• Stock, prep, and rotate food, supplies, and chemicals.
• Craft quality drinks and food following Swig procedures.
• Keep dining area, outdoor spaces, and workstations clean.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders with accuracy.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
