Job summary

Peet's Coffee in El Segundo seeks a Shift Lead to manage daily operations, lead shifts, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise team members, ensure accurate cash handling, and maintain store standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in a leadership capacity, POS experience, and a commitment to a minimum of three days per week, including early mornings and weekends. Eligible applicants must be 18+ and able to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1 year leadership experience or directing others.
• 1 year POS/cash handling experience.
• Availability of at least 3 days a week to cover early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.
