Job summary

Peet's Coffee in High Point, NC is seeking a Shift Lead to manage daily operations, lead shifts, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced coffeebar environment.

You will open/close routines, handle cash, manage inventory, and maintain visuals while fostering a collaborative team. Minimum qualifications include 1 year of leadership experience and POS/cash handling; applicants must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience working in a leadership role and/or directing the work of others.
• 1 year experience with POS/cash handling responsibilities in related industry.
• Shift Leads must maintain a schedule availability of at least three days per week to meet business needs.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must comply with employment of minors policies and work with minors.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to perform various physical tasks during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus and clarity by managing task deployment and day-to-day operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by engaging customers, upholding quality, and maintaining a welcoming coffeebar.
• Support a positive team environment through clear communication and reliability.
• Ensure opening/closing routines, cash handling, inventory tasks, and visual updates.
• Embrace learning and change, developing skills and adapting to priorities to keep shifts running smoothly.
