Responsibilities

• Lead the Shift: Take charge of daily operations by supporting the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Deliver an Outstanding Guest Experience: Set the tone for fast, friendly, and accurate service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach & Develop Your Team: Motivate, train, and provide real-time feedback to team members.
• Drive Results: Execute shift plans, maintain food quality and safety standards, and keep operations running efficiently.
• Protect the Business: Handle cash controls, manage inventory, and follow all security procedures.
