Job summary

Murphy Oil USA, Inc is hiring immediate for part-time Shift Leads at our Murphy convenience stores. You will provide friendly customer service, assist with purchases and fuel transactions, operate the cash register, and help lead the team to meet store performance goals.

This role requires 18+ (varies by state), a high school diploma or GED (or 6 months related experience), and at least 3 months cashier experience with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old, or higher depending on state.
• High school diploma or GED, or 6 months related experience.
• Minimum 3 months cashier experience and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate the cash register and ensure fuel/merchandise availability.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Support the Store Manager and lead the team toward goals.
