Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, or at least 6 months related job experience.
- Minimum 3 months of cashier experience.
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Able to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous customer service.
- Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
- Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Ensure fuel and merchandise are in stock and present.
- Maintain a clean, safe store environment.
- Support Store Manager in daily operations and tasks.
- Help lead the team to meet store performance goals.
