Job summary

Murphy Oil USA, Inc is hiring for part-time Shift Lead positions. You will provide prompt, courteous customer service, assist with purchases and fuel transactions, operate the cash register, and help maintain a clean store while supporting the Store Manager in daily operations.

Qualifications include 18+ (state-dependent), a HS diploma or GED (or 6 months related experience), 3+ months cashier experience, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum age varies by state (18+ generally; 19 in Indiana; 20 in Kentucky; 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee and Utah).
• High school diploma or GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience.
• Minimum 3 months of Cashier experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching; may lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer's requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register and ensure fuel and merchandise are available for customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations and help lead the team to meet performance goals.
