Job summary

Murphy Oil USA, Inc. is hiring immediately for part-time Shift Leads to support our large network of gasoline and convenience stores. You will deliver prompt customer service, assist with purchases and fuel transactions, operate the cash register, and help lead a team to meet store goals.

Requirements include: 18+ (21+ in AL for some roles), high school diploma or GED or 6 months related experience, and cash handling exposure with a valid driver’s license. Comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience required.
• Must be 18+ years old (21+ in AL) and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions; operate cash register.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise is available and storefront is clean and safe.
• Support the Store Manager and lead the team toward store goals.
