Murphy Oil USA, Inc. is seeking part-time Shift Leads for our Alabama locations. You will provide a courteous customer experience, assist with fuel and merchandise, operate the register, and help lead the team to meet store goals.

A high school diploma or GED with cashier experience is preferred. Flexible hours and opportunities for advancement are offered. We value reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain a safe, clean store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months related job experience or high school diploma/GED.
• Requires cashier experience and ability to handle cash accurately.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and teamwork.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer experience.
• Respond to customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and inventory control.
• Assist Store Manager and lead team to meet goals.
• Perform duties as assigned and support management in contingencies.
