Job summary

Murphy USA Inc. is hiring part-time Shift Leads in Alabama to deliver prompt, courteous customer service, assist with purchases and fuel transactions, operate the cash register, and help manage store operations.

You will work with the store team to meet daily goals in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be 18+ (21 in some states), have a GED or high school diploma, cash handling experience, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience.
• Strong customer service skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer experience
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions
• Operate cash register
• Maintain fuel and merchandise availability
• Keep store clean and safe
• Support Store Manager in store operations
• Help lead team to meet performance goals
• Perform duties as assigned
• Backup duties in absence of management
