Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Cash handling, basic math and cash register operation.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift tasks and ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Coach and guide Team Members; provide regular feedback to RGM.
• Assist with recruiting and screening Team Member candidates.
• Assist with cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
• Maintain clean, neat appearances and ensure on-brand service.
