KBP Foods, a KBP Brands franchise, is seeking a Shift Manager for a busy KFC location in Forest City, NC. You’ll lead a small team to deliver fast, friendly service while upholding operational standards and the iconic KFC experience.

Requirements include at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, must be 18+, and flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays). You’ll also need the ability to lift, stand, and move during shifts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
