• Use kitchen equipment such as knives, grills and slicers.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness by cleaning tables, floors, utensils and restrooms.
• Coordinate with team to create schedules, train new employees, and resolve issues.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve problems per Jersey Mike's standards.
