Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is looking for Shift Leaders or Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced setting. You will deliver friendly service, operate the POS, and help with food preparation and cleanliness to ensure smooth daily operations.

No prior experience required and training is provided at our training facility. Compensation ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, with a base pay of $13 plus tips; benefits include health insurance and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older due to equipment age restrictions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
• Operate POS system and cash register accurately for transactions.
• Handle food with care and follow proper food handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation.
• Learn and adapt to different roles within the restaurant environment.
