Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team at our Point Pleasant location. The role involves coaching staff to deliver outstanding customer service, producing high quality food, and upholding Jersey Mike's standards in a fast-paced setting.

You will be responsible for cash handling, opening/closing duties, and helping develop team members. Must be 18+, have the ability to operate a slicer, and hold Serve Safe certification; reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.
