Job summary

Jersey Mike's Hampton is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in running the store and delivering high-quality food and great customer service. Responsibilities include coaching staff, cash handling, opening/closing duties, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards while building a positive, fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coaching the staff to deliver amazing customer service.
• Producing high quality food and delivering the Jersey Mike's experience.
• Cash handling and following the Learning Management System Training Program.
• Developing others for career growth and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Building sales and maintaining the cleanliness and proper sanitation practices.
• Opening/closing duties and leading a crew of 2 to 5 people; interface with customers.
