Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Break Time Shift Leader to assist in managing a Break Time convenience store. You will supervise shift operations, handle daily reporting, banking, and inventory while ensuring friendly, fast service to customers.

You'll help promote food service, merchandising, and store safety, train new team members, and maintain communication with management and vendors. This role offers growth within the MFA Oil organization and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Friendly, customer service-oriented individual in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Flexible availability including all shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Assist in store operations including daily reporting, banking, inventory and upkeep.
• Support merchandising, pricing, promotions and restocking.
• Supervise shifts in the manager’s absence and train new staff.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and management.
• Help meet sales and controllable expense goals and perform loss-control tasks.
• Utilize POS systems and other technology to process transactions and reports.
