Job summary

Murphy USA Inc. is hiring part-time Shift Leads to deliver prompt, courteous customer service, manage register operations, and support store leadership in daily tasks.

The role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and maintaining a clean, safe environment on a fast-paced retail floor. Qualified candidates will have a High school diploma or GED, at least 3 months of cashier experience, and be able to lift and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or related experience.
• Minimum 3 months cashier experience.
• Must be 21+ in Alabama; valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
• Responding to and resolving customer requests and concerns.
• Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operating cash register and inventory management.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are available and store is clean and safe.
• Support Store Manager in all store operations and leadership of the team.
