Job summary

Murphy USA Inc. in Erwin, Arkansas is hiring immediately for part-time Shift Leads to empower the team and deliver fast, friendly service to every customer.

You will handle cash, assist with fuel transactions, keep the store clean and stocked, and support the Store Manager while guiding the team to meet daily goals. This role includes daily pay through our program and clear paths to promotion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 6 months related experience.
• Minimum 3 months cashier experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Help lead the team to exceed the store's performance goals and objectives.
• Perform job related duties as assigned.
• In the absence of management provide backup duties including daily/monthly paperwork, problem resolution, video review, inventory ordering, and training new employees.
