Job summary

Murphy Oil USA, Inc. is hiring a part-time Shift Lead in Manning, AR to deliver fast, friendly service and lead a small team during shifts. You’ll assist customers, handle cash, stock shelves, and keep the store safe and clean while supporting the Store Manager to hit daily goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (age varies by state).
• High school diploma or GED, or 6 months related experience.
• Minimum 3 months cashier experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Willing to perform repetitive motions and standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service.
• Handle purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register and ensure product availability.
• Maintain clean and safe store environment.
• Support Store Manager and lead team to meet goals.
• Assist with daily/monthly paperwork and training new employees when needed.
