Qualifications

• 18+ years of age (vary by state) or GED; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months related job experience or education.
• Minimum 3 months cashier experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to bend, stand, and reach repeatedly; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer experience.
• Resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register and POS accurately.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are available for customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Support the Store Manager in store operations.
• Help lead the team to exceed performance goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• In management absence, cover daily tasks and training of new employees.
