Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Ensure a positive guest experience and atmosphere for team members and guests.
• Assist with managing front-of-house and back-of-house shift duties and labor costs.
• Monitor service speed to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Address guest comments and complaints and escalate as needed.
• Supervise daily shifts to uphold standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Assist in ongoing team training and proper adherence to procedures.
• Enforce dress and uniform standards.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
