Job summary

McAlister’s Deli in Bloomington, IL is seeking an Hourly Team Leader to support daily operations and guest satisfaction. You will supervise shifts, manage FOH/BOH tasks, assist with guest issues, and help train staff to uphold quality, cleanliness, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Direct FOH and BOH operations to meet labor and cost targets.
• Monitor service speed to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Assist with guest comments and complaints.
• Train team members, including new hires, on procedures.
• Ensure uniform policy and standards are followed.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures.
• Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
