Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with team and customers.
• Must be at least 18 years old; accessible transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean, neat appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly, maintaining positive customer relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates and with Profit & Loss management.
