Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead in a fast-paced restaurant setting in Hanover, MA. You will lead shifts, coach teammates, and uphold Taco Bell standards while resolving customer concerns and ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will partner with the management team to drive business initiatives, oversee food prep, safety, and order accuracy, and support cash control and labor management. This role offers the chance to develop leadership skills and advance within the restaurant.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with reliable transportation.
• Ability to handle cash, inventory and labor policies responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist with training Team Members and with candidate screening.
• Support cash control, inventory and labor for P&L management.
• Maintain health and safety standards and guest experience.
