Job summary

Carrols operates Burger King restaurants in Mississippi. The Hourly Shift Coordinator leads team members during assigned shifts to ensure food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety standards are met. You’ll coach in the moment, solve problems quickly, and drive results through strong communication and accountability.

Reporting to the RGM and AM, you’ll own shift execution, guide team performance, and help grow into higher leadership roles within a fast-paced BK environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.
• People-first attitude with strong communication.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems during busy shifts.
• Commitment to guest experiences, BK standards, and learning new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback and supporting development during shifts.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan and directing workflow while upholding BK standards.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, helping manage inventory, and receiving truck orders.
