Job summary

Carrols operates Burger King restaurants in the United States and is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead team members during assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, speed, cleanliness, and safety. You will coach in the moment and keep the team focused and accountable.

Working under the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, you’ll take ownership of shift execution and help drive results through strong communication and attention to detail.
