Sizzling Platter LLC is seeking a Shift Lead in Jackson, MS to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach crew members, and ensure guest satisfaction. The role leads on duty, upholds quality and safety standards, and collaborates with management to maintain performance.

Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. The position offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities to develop leadership and guest-service skills while supporting openings, closings, and cash handling

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support crew members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure product quality, accuracy, and presentation meet standards.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain productivity during peak periods.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Step into crew member responsibilities as needed to support operations.
