As the leader on duty, you will coach team members, monitor food safety, assist with opening/closing, handle cash tasks, and maintain a fast, friendly operation in a high-volume environment.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to adapt to busy periods, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure product quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company standards.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain productivity during peak business periods.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Step into Crew Member responsibilities as needed to support operations.
