Sizzling Platter LLC in McComb, MS is seeking a Shift Lead to guide daily restaurant operations, coach crew members, and uphold quality and service standards.

As the leader on duty, you will handle opening/closing, cash handling, staff training, and guest problem resolution, while ensuring food safety and a clean, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure product quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company standards.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain productivity during peak business periods.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Step into Crew Member responsibilities as needed to support operations.
