Job summary

Domino’s in Spokane seeks a Shift Lead/Assistant Manager to support store operations, manage staff, and uphold service standards. The role includes wage progression during training, performance-based raises, and a substantial monthly bonus potential tied to store goals.

Starting pay for shifts begins at $17.60 per hour with raises after 30 days; top AM pay ranges from $19.25 to $21 per hour, plus monthly bonuses up to $1000 depending on performance and store volume. Benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a minimum two years of customer service or restaurant experience preferred.
• Be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Be customer service oriented.
• Be able to work long hours, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Counting inventory and supplies on a nightly basis.
• Analyze labor and sales on a continual basis.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Efficient employee supervision.
• Interviewing, hiring and onboarding and training new team members.
• Preparing and packaging food products; cleaning and maintenance of store and equipment.
• Rotating commissary deliveries and dating each item with expiration dates 3x weekly.
