Job summary

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and ready for entry-level management responsibilities.
• Two years of customer service or restaurant experience preferred.
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn, with strong communication skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and motivate teams.
• Customer service oriented with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the General Manager and uphold operating standards.
• Analyze labor and sales, supervise staff, and hire/train new team members.
• Prepare and package food, maintain cleanliness, and manage store equipment.
• Rotating deliveries and proper dating; drop off nightly deposits and handle paperwork when GM is away.
