Starting wages vary by experience, with raises and a monthly bonus potential tied to store performance. Training is provided to ensure a positive learning experience and advancement toward Assistant Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Two years of customer service or restaurant experience preferred.
• Be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the General Manager in running store operations.
• Help maintain operating standards in the restaurant.
• Prepare pizzas and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Drop off nightly deposits and handle paperwork when the GM is away.
• Cash management, people management and time management responsibilities.
